Thanks for clicking the link to find out a little bit more about Shad. Shad feels a little awkward writing about himself in the third person, but he was told that's how one needs to write such things as web page bios. Shad has lived in San Antonio most of his life. He went to John Marshall High School, UTSA & Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. His beautiful wife, April, teaches 5th grade at Krueger Elementary. Shad and April have two little boys named Sam and Cooper who can’t get enough Veggie Tales, playgrounds, and dinosaurs. Shad can’t get enough cinnamon toothpicks, tortillas, and long runs while listening to his favorite pastors on his iPod. Shad does not believe in reincarnation, but if he did, he would like to come back as Han Solo. Shad has been working as a youth pastor for over a decade, which makes him a veteran by some standards, but he just feels like a kid who can’t believe that he gets to tell teenagers about Jesus for a living.
